Saturn enters Libra the 29th, retrogrades back into Virgo April 7, returns to
Libra July 21 until it enters Scorpio Oct 5, 1012. Saturn, of the Sign
Capricorn, is thought of as the Law of the Land, Judges of the Court;
Libra is the sign of Lawyers and lawsuits, those who interpret the laws.
There’s a harmony between these two.
Right now, these 7 days left,
while Saturn is still in Virgo, do your
sorting, organizing, making space, clean up. Learn some skills to
prepare you for what’s to come. Bring your health up to par, eat well,
address sleep issues. Think about your daily living pattern and update
it to match your current needs. Get the services you give, and caring for
others, into alignment with what you can comfortably do.
Saturn has to do with structures,
building, boundaries, stairways and
stones, bones, knees, skin. The knees represent the ability to flex in
motion. Saturn wants to get the job done. Libra can be a fine horse
trader! Refines back and forth until it comes right. Libra adds finesse,
beauty. Right balance is not just another job, it connects people,
teaches them how to connect, enhances all involved and enjoys the
process! People change in a good way.
Consider the ‘laws’
you have made for yourself. Are they up to date?
Put some fine scrutiny on your Self. Is the structure of your life working
well, does it have beauty? Are you connected happily? Doors open?

Saturn Square Pluto
Three Times: Nov 15, Jan 31, Aug 21
Those squares occur at 1, 4, and 2 degrees, very early Libra. If you
have planets 28 Virgo to 6 degrees Libra, you will be activated.
Pluto is in Saturn’s
sign Capricorn, so we have Saturn at both points.
Saturn is known for hard
work, so what is well earned is often conserved.
Pluto can be wealth, or at least your major funds like your mortgage. At
positive, Saturn can protect you. If you run scared, you may pass up an
opportunity. At times, nothing comes to you if you aren’t willing or able
to work. This combo can show you what you really want to do and what
must be done to regroup to make that possible. Saturn is known for
delays, and sometimes it seems all you can do is wait. If you have been
stubborn, it will bring you to your knees so what’s coming can finally
get
through. This is simply not an easy square for most people.
With Saturn in Libra, try
to keep a dynamic balance. To me that means
every day reassess. If that is too much, once a week take stock. Libra’s
job is to weigh things, reprioritize in view of what has changed, or of
opportunities that occur. If ever there was a time, this is it – one day
at a
time.
Three days before the square
is exact, the 12th, the Moon conjuncts
Saturn. The Magi astrologers say the ‘hot’ period for an aspect
is the
day of and two days before it is exact. The 19th, the Moon conjuncts
Pluto, the latter part of the Saturn square Pluto. In this case, the Moon
will likely give us super awareness of our feelings, recognition of cycles
and rhythms, links with our families and history, regarding this serious
square.
The 19th is also the day
Venus in Scorpio makes a ‘T’ square with Mars in
Leo opposite Jupiter in Aquarius, 14 and 19 degrees! These being fixed
signs may slow the action down, but there sure will be a desire for fun
and a wee bit of danger! Or at least different! This one can be alone or
together, maybe both in the same day! Either way, it could be exultant!
Just be a little careful, ok?
The first time an aspect
occurs, like this slow mover Saturn square Pluto,
we are not used to it, not yet skilled with what it is asking for, offering.
Be observant and work at different parts of the issues if it is too much
all at once. Stay focused and do what you can do. Get help if you need
it. That is a wise talent of Libra. Capricorn says ‘Get to work!’

sharing becomes a spiritual bond that heals both parties.
Trusting can be a huge mistake
with consequences you never knew
could happen. And it can bring tears to your eyes because you have
never known such love, didn’t know it existed! We keep practicing.
Consult with your deep self. Get still, get quiet. Listen. Feel the
edge. If you are a danger junkie, attention getter, feed on the
entertainment, just exactly what are you trying to prove and to whom?
Scorpios can be an attention getters simply by being v e r y quiet,
inscrutable, keeping people wondering, in a state of suspense! Be very
careful you aren’t conning yourself, defensively deflecting, being a
voyeur rather than face your fear. Or are you just plain strengthening
yourself? But if your behavior is redundant and you are already a good
person, fine just the way you are, find another way with a little less of a
price tag. Learn to know when you can trust yourself and find out how
to
have the strength and skills to do so. You can.

Halloween, Samhain (Sow [like cow] en) -
The Three Harvests
Samhain was/is the third
and final harvest, says Akasha.
She goes on
to say: ‘It is a magical interval when the mundane laws of time and space
are temporarily suspended, and the Thin Veil between the worlds is lifted.
Communicating with ancestors and departed loved ones is easy at this
time, for they journey through this world on their way to the Summerlands.
It is a time to study the Dark Mysteries and honor the Dark Mother and
the Dark Father, symbolized by the Crone and her aged Consort.’
The three harvests:
The first is Lammas, August 1st, the first corn
harvest, celebrated by bread baking, sharing and eating bread! Second
is Fall Equinox, also called Mabon (pronounced "MAY-bon"),
is the fruit
harvest. It is customary to make wine, feast with friends, plant bulbs for
spring bloom. Samhain, is the last harvest, time to put all
that remains
into storage. As plants have given up, spent, nights are lengthening, it is
a symbolic time to frighten away the scary night Spirits, don our masks!
In contrast, we set an extra place at our table in honor of those who have
passed over to the Summerlands. Part of our sacred Harvest is their
legacy to us. It is a good time to get readings. Dark makes us aware of
our inner strengths, our unseen powers, Spirits we may call on – our
personal harvest.
