About Your Appointment
You do deserve the best!

We can schedule in-person time if you are in or near Santa Barbara, do phone time, or I can tape and mail your reading to you.

In all cases, your reading is tape recorded. I can tape at my end but if you have a phone recording device and record at your end, you will immediately have your tape to listen to. If I taped your reading and for any reason your tape is not audible, please talk with me about it. 99.9% of the time, I check them before they go out. If anything is wrong with my equipment, I want to know so the next person won't be inconvenienced. Hopefully you won't put your tape near any magnets!

If you find a new birthtime after your reading, I will do your reading again ½ price. If I mistyped, I will cheerfully and promptly as possible, redo your reading at no charge with my apologies. If you are new to astrology, it's good to get your chart from three sources and check them with each other for agreement.

If you need to cancel, I need two work days advance notice because I print and prepare your charts the work day before your reading. If your appointment is Monday, for example, please let me know the Thursday before. If you don't let me know, it is full charge if I can't fill that time with another appointment. Thank you.

Special Notes

Special little note about your birthplace: If you were born at a very tiny place, please send the names of the nearest next two bigger places in case I can't find your specific place and please spell them as correctly as you can. If you were born on an island, I need a town name because the computer needs specific coordinates to calculate and to determine time zone and daylight saving information. Thank you.

No birthTIME? No problem! Though we prefer you have your accurate birthtime, we will do a Noon Solar Chart for the place you were born. The exception is, for Astro*Locality maps and relocation charts, you must have your birthtime. Please see Your Accurate BirthTIME for further information.
